Most people in the current situation may suffer from misophonia but are unable to identify it because they unaware of condition. Misophonia is a condition which certain sounds can cause an outburst irritation, anger, or aggression. In this context, study sought assess and confirm presence various occupations. The included 30 participants ranging age 23 54 years. All were given developed Assessment Questionnaire Telugu, data was analyzed using SPSS 20 qualitative analysis performed check other aspects such as associated problems. According findings, homemakers (17%), ASLP (13%), students teachers special educators (10%), conductors correspondents musicians (7%), AWT (7%) all participated. Participants reported following situations: stress (30%), shouting (27%), group (23%), dialysis tiredness television (3%). Out 47% fall under Subclinical i.e normal, 23% Moderate, 20% Mild 10% Severe. ANOVA followed by post hoc reveals that no significant difference found between occupation except for student correspondent where factors gender showed difference. nearly 53% mild severe based on assessment questionnaire, also discovered levels higher when compared others. Finally, authors stated be part daily life most will addressed ignored, must assessed treated appropriately before has impact quality life.
